2m LEFT: Vintage? Modern? Fabric Light Weight Cotton w/ Red Dots on White

Fabric: light weight cotton (feels a little like a blend, but a burn test confirmed it was cotton) with a classic red and white colourway with small polka dots. I'm unsure if this is vintage or not. Please see second last photo to see how light weight it is.
Condition: unused, unwashed.
