REMNANT Vintage Fabric USA House N' Home Drapery Soft Furnishing Cotton Botanical Print 56cm x 38cm

FABRIC INFORMATION
Fabric/Fibre: this is the beginning of rescuing what I can from a 4m length of vintage fabric that was stored horrendously. I am working around marks, pin pricks and ink spots to save what I can. I term this piece a remnant, but it is, in fact, a pattern repeat. It's a vintage mid-century drapery or soft furnishing cotton (very densely woven) with an olde worlde floral cluster surrounded by scrolls. The last photo shows the entire piece.
Era: 1950s or 1960s
Condition: unused, unwashed, stored awfully (see above) so it has very deep creases that will only come out when the fabric is dampened, spots near and along the selvedge
