Fabric/Fibre: light weight fancy weave cotton with a lovely soft drape. From memory this is a Tootal dress fabric. Burgundy and white stripes - the first photo is closest to the true colours, the others have bleached the white too much.
Era: 40s or 50s
Condition: Unused, unwashed, the selvedges have been ripped in places.
