How can I pay?
We accept PayPal and direct deposit for all website orders. PayPal is a fast and secure way to pay directly from your bank account or from your credit card. More information about PayPal can be obtained from their website. We expect all orders to be paid when Checkout is complete as you will automatically be directed to PayPal.
We also accept Lay-Buy - powered by PayPal. Our terms are minimum 25% deposit with two months to pay your lay-by. After all payments have been received your order will be posted ASAP.
How much is postage?
Australian orders are a flat rate of $9.95 for Standard Postage (tracking number and insurance to the value of $100 included) and $16.00 for Priority Postage (signature on delivery, tracking and insurance to the value of $5000 included). Express Post orders are a flat rate of $15.00 and will be posted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Due to the worldwide disruption to just about everything we know as 'normal' in life, we've decided to stop international shipping until further notice. Parcel arrivals to all countries have been horrendously delayed or even rejected due to COVID-19. We all know the aviation industry has been decimated and all postal services worldwide have been disrupted - to some extent - or even stopped.
We are so sorry to do this, but we have no other option. If you're desperate for fabric and you're not in Australia (and are willing to wait weeks and weeks for your parcel to arrive) please message us with links to the fabrics you're interested in and we'll get a shipping price to you ASAP.
When will my order arrive?
We post orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and use Australia Post to deliver all parcels. Express Post deliveries are posted within 24 hours and standard orders take two days minimum to process.
Due to the COVID-19 virus and the social restrictions implemented by the Australian Government, deliveries Australia-wide are taking longer than usual to arrive. Pre-Covid-19, parcels posted to Australian locations took between one to 10 business to reach their destination - this is based on Australia Post estimates and your location. Current delays are adding days and, in some instances, weeks to this estimate.
Postage Options and Disclaimers
We offer several postage options for Australian buyers. They are Standard Postage (tracking number and insurance up to the value of $100 included), Priority Postage (signature on delivery, tracking and insurance to the value of $5000 included) and Express Postage (posted within 24 hours, delivery within 48 hours, tracking number provided).
The only postage option that covers you for loss or damage above $100 is Priority Postage - we highly recommend you choose this option for certainty of a) delivery and b) cost replacement of your order should it be lost or damaged in transit and over the value of $100. Please note - if you haven't chosen this postage option and your order is above AUD$100 and is lost or damaged, we will not be held liable for the value of your items.
We also use Australia Post's Express Post network to deliver your parcel. This is one of the fastest ways to receive your delivery Australia-wide. It's either overnight or 48 hour delivery, but you MUST be in the Australia Post Express Post network to get these super fast speeds. It is up to you, the customer, to check whether you are inside Australia Post's Express Post network - more information is available here.
