Postage and Payment
How can I pay?
We accept PayPal and direct deposit for all website orders (Australian buyers) and PayPal for all international buyers. PayPal is a fast and secure way to pay directly from your bank account or from your credit card. More information about PayPal can be obtained from their website. We expect all orders to be paid when Checkout is complete as you will automatically be directed to PayPal.
We also accept Lay-Buy - powered by PayPal. Our terms are minimum 25% deposit with two months to pay your lay-by. After all payments have been received your order will be posted ASAP.
How much is postage?
Australian orders are a flat rate of $9.95 for Standard Postage (tracking number included) and $16.00 for Priority Postage (registration and insurance included and posted within 24 hours).
All international shipping costs are calculated by weight. These rates are standard Australia Post rates, current as of October, 2019.
When will my order arrive?
We will ship all orders within 24-72 business hours of receiving payment and we use Australia Post to post all orders. Please note we do not post Fridays as we prefer to hold your order here in our studio rather than have Australia Post hold it in their warehouses. Parcels posted to Australian locations take between one to 10 business to reach their destination - this is based on Australia Post estimates and your location. We ship via tracked air mail to overseas destinations. Delivery times vary depending on country and location - the average is around 4-18 days for delivery from our door to yours.
Postage Options and Disclaimers
We offer several postage options for Australian buyers. They are Standard Postage (tracking number included), Priority Postage (registration and insurance included) and Express Postage (posted within 24 hours, tracking number provided).
The only postage option that covers you for losss or damage is Priority Postage - we highly recommend you choose this option for certainty of a) delivery and b) cost replacement should it be lost or damaged in transit). All other Australian postage services Australia Post offer do not cover loss or damage and we will not be held liable if you choose one of these options and your parcel does not arrive or arrives damaged.
We also use Australia Post's Express Post network to deliver your parcel. This is one of the fastest ways to receive your delivery Australia-wide. It's either overnight or 48 hour delivery, but you MUST be in the Australia Post Express Post network to get these super fast speeds. It is up to you, the customer, to check whether you are inside Australia Post's Express Post network - more information is available here.
