Postage and Payment

Payment

We accept PayPal for all website orders. PayPal is a fast and secure way to pay directly from your bank account or from your credit card. More information about PayPal can be obtained from their website. We expect all orders to be paid when Checkout is complete as you will automatically be directed to PayPal.

As of July 2016 we are also accepting Lay-Buy - powered by PayPal. Our terms are minimum 25% deposit with two months to pay your lay-by. After all payments have been received your order will be posted ASAP.

    Postage

    We will ship all orders within 24-72 business hours of receiving payment and we use Australia Post to post all orders. Please note we do not post Fridays as we prefer to hold your order here in our studio rather than have Australia Post hold it in their warehouses. Parcels posted to Australian locations take between one to 10 business to reach their destination - this is based on Australia Post estimates and your location. We ship via air mail to overseas destinations. Delivery times vary depending on country and location - the average is around 4-18 days for delivery from our door to yours.

    As we have just recently upgraded our website we are yet to add all countries to our Checkout system. If you find your country is not listed please contact us at vintagefabrics@gmail.com and we'll add your postage prices in ASAP.

    Postage/Shipping Calculation

    All postage/shipping costs are calculated by weight - no matter whether we are delivering in Australia or shipping overseas. The other variable is the postage option you choose - this will alter the overall postage charge, but you'll see all options available to you at Checkout. Postage is charged by the following to all countries:

    Postage Options and Disclaimers

    We offer several postage options for Australian buyers. Please note the different services listed below. The only postage option that covers you for losss or damage in transit is insured postage - we highly recommend you choose this postage option for absolute certainty your order will arrive safe and sound. All other Australian postage services Australia Post offers do not cover loss or damage and we will not be held liable if you choose one of these options and your parcel does not arrive or arrives damaged.
