Can I view the fabric before purchasing?
We are purely an online store and no longer have a brick and mortar outlet. Due to insurance restrictions you can't view the fabric in-person before purchasing. However, we are more than happy to send you a snippet of a fabric you are interested in. Please note that this is only if the fabric is long enough to cut a snippet from. We also offer a 'returns policy' in line with Victorian trading laws.
Will you send my fabric uncut if I purchase multiple quantities?
Yes, we always send fabric uncut, where possible. If you order an odd quantity this may not be possible. Each fabric listing details the size of the fabric you will receive for the quantities you have purchased. For further information on this, you can read up about fabric sizing and quantities here.
Do you have a shop?
No, we don't - we are an online store only.
Where are you located?
Our base is around 1.5 hours outside of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, down on the sunny Bellarine Peninsula.
Do you post to (insert country)?
Yes, we post worldwide, but please note we may decline your purchase should we have prior warning of your location not matching the 'order location' or you change your address from the one provided to us by PayPal.
Do you want to buy my fabric?
We get many people emailing offering to sell their fabrics to us. This can be a single fabric right up to a store collection. We no longer offer a price to people approaching us to sell fabric. We prefer you to send us photos of your fabric, size information and pricing information. We also need your location. When we are unable to pick the fabric/s up in person, please note we only pay for goods via our PayPal business account as this offers us protection should we be defrauded or the fabric is lost during transit. We may also decline your offer of the fabric - this can be for many reasons...please don't be offended :)
