FAT QUARTER Vintage Fabric Wool Blend? 1960s Windowpane Check Plaid Browns 70cm Wide

FABRIC INFORMATION
Fabric/Fibre: this is a solid light-medium suiting weight wool (could have a blend in it - nothing was picked up with a burn test, but it was very common to put a 10% blend in for extra durability back in the 60s-70s). It's a warm dark brown with cream. Light weight, smooth, tightly woven. 
Era: the old price tag with rusted staple indicates late 60s/early 70s.
Condition: unused, unwashed, rust spot near edge.
