Fabric: incredibly hard to come by vintage 1930s 1940s drapery or soft furnishing cretonne (often referred to as barkcloth, but this doesn't have the nubbiness of genuine barkcloth fabric). Brilliant palm pattern in chartreuse, deep magenta, grey, black and white
Hand: this has a soft hand as it's aged, but it's thick so it can hold its own weight
Fibre: cotton
Era: 1930s, 1940s
Condition: this is a long remnant and would have been used at some point. As you can see the edges are frayed from being washed. Still in amazing condition.
