FABRIC INFORMATION
Fabric/Fibre: this is a vintage upholstery cotton linen (mostly linen) fabric designed and hand printed by esteemed textile house Pepe Penalver, Spain. The design is called Giralda and, from what I understand, it was a limited edition print. It has such romance! Ecru base with large scale urns, scrolls and leaves in rich deep red and pale purple, blue and green. The last photo shows the pattern repeat.
Era: I can’t pinpoint the age of this this print (possible 80s or 90s?) - Pepe Peñalver has been producing fabric since 1964.
Condition: unused, unwashed
Width: The fabric is 70cm wide selvedge to edge
